SATC 2 is the biggest movie to hit the cinemas this summer and style nation wanted to celebrate is style!! So last thursday at the Beauty Spot in Dakota, we got on our prettiest frocks, sipped cosmos and swanned around is style! Check it out!

Back with more vintage fashion, expert make up advise, brilliant tunes and bargain cocktails! Its the beauty spot at Dakota, hosted by the beautiful Edel Kirke.

New to Dakota every Thursday night, why not take your shopping trip somwhere new – from 7pm till 1am, The Beauty Spot has pop up shops, vintage clothing, make over, themed nights, cocktail deals and a resident DJ. With no cover charge and lots of fun you’d be mad to miss it!

This April, TK Maxx is encouraging you to Give Up Clothes For Good. The initiative supports the charity Enable Ireland in collecting and selling clothing. Enable Ireland provides free services to over 3,500 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 15 locations and in local communities countrywide. Angela Scanlon speaks to Off The Rails presenters Sonya Lennon and Brendan Courtney and asks them more about this initiative.

We all know how much you love a bit of Style Nation online but now you can have a bit of Style Nation offline. That’s right, in real life, in living colour every Thursday night.

Starting this Thursday the 13th we’ll be bringing Style Nation to Dakota Bar on Dublin’s South William Street.

The Beauty Spot will be your chance to get make up and beauty tips, have an expert touch up your make up and browse our weekly selection of pop up shops for jewellery, clothes and other fashion delights.

Hosted by our Beautify presenter Edel Kirke and with tunes by our resident DJ (and reporter for Style Nation and IMTV) Conor Behan it promises to be a whale of a time.

We’ll be running from 7 in Dakota with no cover charge, five euro cocktails and the perfect atmosphere to get your weekend off to a most fashionable start.

And don’t forget we’ll be filming for future episodes of Style Nation too so who knows who you might spot there?

A graduate of the Royal College of Art, Erdem Moralioglu spent a year working with Diane von Furstenberg before winning the prestigious Fashion Fringe award in 2005. Celebrated for his unique take on elegant prints and color, he is one of fashion’s rising stars. His shows over the last few seasons at LFW have gained mass attention and stars love his feminine dresses.

Kiera Knightely walked out in one of his elegant numbers recently at the Laurence Olivier Awards.
